The Acacia Center fights for access to legal defense for all immigrants at risk of detention or deportation, regardless of age, ability, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, race, the perceived strength of a case, previous interaction with the criminal system, or any other factor. Help reunite a young father with his family before his second child is born.

Texas Immigration Law Council: Help Secure the Release of Families and Children Detained at the Dilley Family Detention Center ([link removed])

The Texas Immigration Law Council is launching Operation Clear Out Dilley, an urgent effort to secure the release of the approximately 50 families with children still detained at the Dilley family detention center, in collaboration with the Texas Civil Rights Project. Provide habeas representation to challenge their unlawful detention and obtain release.
