We have an age problem in Congress. Eight members of Congress have passed away in the last two years — and all of them were Democrats.
This isn’t something I’m bringing up out of the blue. At our Town Hall in South Dade, I heard from voters who are tired of the inaction and unforced errors coming from Democrats in DC and tired of the generation that won’t let go of power.
These voters want fresh leadership that is ready to meet this moment.
That’s who I am. As a millennial and father of a young son, I know what it’s like to try and make it in Miami. I know exactly how expensive child care and health care is, and how small businesses and families are struggling with rising costs and constant chaos. I also know what it’s like to take care of aging parents.
