Did you know that the average American spends $70 per month [ [link removed] ] on streaming services alone? That doesn’t count Amazon Prime, ChatGPT, and money spent regularly at Starbucks and Target. So much of our cash goes to big corporations which pollute our environment, oppose diversity and equity programs, platform military propaganda, further authoritarianism, and oppress working people.
Why not use a bit of that money for a good cause?
This election year is our chance to elect someone to Congress who rejects corporate and foreign interests and puts people first. To keep our campaign strong heading into the final stretch, we need recurring donors. Every recurring donor helps us build a stronger campaign, and a stronger campaign means a better tomorrow for us all.
From subscription service to public service
If only 2,000 people contribute $25 a month, then we’d have what we need to fund canvassing efforts, staff, phone banks, yard signs, and ads.
And honestly, monthly donations do something else too: they give me time back. Everyday, I spend 5 hours calling donors to keep the campaign funded. When you give on a monthly basis, I can spend less time fundraising and more time doing what it is you actually want me to do: getting out there, meeting voters, and listening to neighbors.
