Gabby is one of the strongest women I know. After she was the target of gun violence at a constituent event nine years ago, she started Giffords and dedicated her life to making our communities safer. Her story is one of resilience and profound courage.

After I lost my son Jordan to senseless gun violence, I looked to Gabby for inspiration as I became an activist, a candidate, and now a Congresswoman fighting for change. I’m proud to call her a friend and a partner in this fight.
