FROM OUR CEO
Katie Hood
What we need is a healthy relationship revolution
For too long, we’ve treated relationships as a soft topic to learn about on the fly, instead of viewing the ability to love better as a vital skill that can be built. Every day, we see the impact of our work. And, as our reach widens, we realize the even greater potential for change that our educational programs bring. Research studies show that relationship health directly influences many health and social outcomes. The ability to build and maintain positive relationships is essential to every human being’s ability to thrive. We call this a Healthy Relationship Revolution, and given what we’ve seen through our work, we’re convinced that it is a shift that people desperately want. Together, we cannot just change the statistics of abuse but also enable all of us to lead safer, happier, and healthier lives.
