My name is Adam Kinzinger. You might know me as one of the only Republicans who served on the January 6th Committee, and one of 10 Republicans who voted to impeach Donald Trump.

I’ll be straight with you — I’m a proud conservative. But I’m doing what I can to help re-elect Eugene Vindman to Congress. Because at the end of the day, our democracy matters more than party or politics. And I have immense respect for people who believe in something, and hold fast to it regardless of pressure. Eugene is the textbook example of service and patriotism.

Like me, Eugene is a veteran.

I served this country flying KC-135s and RC-26Bs with multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, and Eugene is a retired U.S. Army officer who served our nation with distinction, including on the National Security Council, where he stood up for what was right when the stakes couldn’t be higher.

We both took an oath to the Constitution — and we’ve both lived that oath through service and sacrifice.

Eugene and I won’t agree on everything. But I trust him to tell the truth, continue to fight for our democracy, and put the country ahead of politics.

But it’s going to take all of us doing our part to make sure leaders like Eugene can continue to serve.

So I’m asking:
