This is hopeful news.

Over two-thirds of voters support Medicare for All — and on August 22 we
can demonstrate our strength in numbers. We are holding a national
Medicare for All Day of Action, and we need you to be a part of it by
hosting a solo or small group action.
It’s important to note that these actions will be done while practicing
social distancing and public health guidelines. [ [link removed] ]Here are some tips on
how to take action while still being careful to prevent the spread of
COVID-19.

national Medicare for All Day of Action on Saturday, August 22?

Whatever action you choose can be done alone, with your family or
housemates, or with a small group in your community.
Some ideas for socially distanced actions you can host include:
* Holding signs and banners on an overpass or busy street corner
* Organizing a car caravan along a highly-visible route
* Dropping a large banner from a rooftop or balcony
Here’s why these actions are so important right now. Even though 88% of Democratic voters
support Medicare for All, just over half Democrats in the U.S. House have
signed on to the Medicare for All Act. We are the majority, but we need to
be more vocal and visible to demand the support of our leaders.
August is also the month when our Representatives are back in their
districts meeting with constituents. As activists and volunteers across
the country meet with their Congressional representatives demanding they
support Medicare for All, it's up to us to show up on the Day of Action
and make it clear that Medicare for All must be a top priority.
[ [link removed] ]Will you step up and commit to taking action on August 22nd?
We’re so excited to come together and show our collective power. You don’t
want to miss it.
