It’s us, Harper Eleanor and Nashville. You might know us as the two fluff-balls who occasionally crash Audrey’s Zoom calls or demand snacks while she’s trying to read policy papers.

Today is our mom’s birthday, and we wanted to send a little note because, honestly, she’s been working very hard lately.

Normally, we get a lot more lap time. But these days, Mom is on the phone more than we’ve ever seen. She’s talking to people all over Northern California about things like "corporate PACs" and "kitchen table stakes.” Which we can only assume is about literal steaks, but she says it’s about improving the lives of families.

She’s out of the house a lot, too, visiting places like Lakeport and Susanville to make sure everyone feels respected. We miss her, but we know she’s being fierce because she wants a better future for everyone (including us!).

We want to help Mom have a purrrrr-fect birthday. What she wants most is to help our community, and she can do that by winning this election. We want Mom to know that we all have her back!
