Two years ago, we came within ONEVOTE of forcing the Spy State to GET A WARRANT before they spy on you and me – as the Constitution DEMANDS.

But the Swamp fought back. And Speaker Johnson answered the call with no hesitation.

But the truth is, our finances have been extremely tight this year.

As it stands right now, I’m not sure we can mount the kind of defense we will need to defeat the Swamp on Section 702 this year.

Just consider what we are up against.

Speaker Johnson betrayed you and me in 2024 when he flipped on this issue at the last minute and became the deciding vote against our rights.

Months after that vote, Kash Patel demanded the FBI be dismantled and FISA Section 702 be repealed.

But then the Swamp came calling again. . .

Now as Director of the FBI, Patel wants Section 702 to be rubberstamped without changes “for 5 or 10 years,” as he stated in a House hearing just last week.

President Trump is also asking for a "clean" extension, likely to avoid another fight during this volatile time.

And Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) – who voted against renewal last time because the warrant requirement failed - has signaled his willingness to renew Section 702 with no changes!

So you can see what we are up against, Patriot.

The good news is, key legislators are fighting back, insisting they won’t rubberstamp another 18-month extension.

So we do have a fighting chance. . .
