From the moment he stepped foot into office, President Trump has made it clear he wants to see the U.S. Postal Service fail and become privatized.

He's done everything he can to sabotage it, from refusing to fully fund it to appointing one of his largest campaign donors as the new Postmaster General. He's implemented drastic changes to the way the USPS operates, which will result in understaffed post offices and are already leading to major delays in mail delivery.

All of this comes as our nation is less than three months out from one of the most critical elections in our lifetime -- one in which millions of people will be voting by mail due to the continued coronavirus pandemic.

This administration's attacks on the USPS and vote-by-mail go hand-in-hand: he's desperately trying to discourage Americans from voting by mail, and sabotaging our Postal Service as a means to undermine the integrity of this election.

Let's be clear: this is mass voter suppression, and Cory knows for the sake of our democracy, we can't let Trump get away with this.

We need Congress to do everything in its power to save the USPS and ensure every voter can safely and reliably make their voice heard by mail this November. Add your name if you agree.

As Cory's said, this is a stress test for our democracy. We cannot fail. Let's fight back, together.
