Hello,

Over 150,000 Americans have died because of COVID-19 -- by far the highest death toll in the world. And the crisis seems to be worsening by the day.

Yet, according to President Donald Trump, this is the best we can do.

In fact, during a recent interview with Axios, Trump had a chilling response to the growing tragedy: "It is what it is."

Trump went on to argue that the pandemic is under control and that his administration has actually done a good job handling the crisis.

This is simply not true -- and it is an insult to the hundreds of thousands of Americans who have needlessly died from this pandemic.

Many of these people would have been saved if Trump had developed a national testing and contact tracing plan, provided adequate PPE to each state, and emphasized the importance of wearing masks.

Instead, Trump tried to downplay the crisis and forced states to fend for themselves. The results have been catastrophic -- yet the president simply doesn't give a damn.

Are you one of the growing number of Americans fed up with Donald Trump's mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic? Let us know now:
