Sorry to be so direct, but I know your inbox is probably flooded and I was hoping I could catch your attention for just a moment. A lot of campaigns are probably asking you for money, but they aren’t going to tell you what it’s really for and why they need it. So if you give me just a minute, I’ll explain what’s different about my campaign and my message.

Let me be candid with you: I’m not a millionaire. I’m not an insider politician. But I am pissed off.

I’m pissed off because Republicans are in control of Washington, and what have they actually done for working people? Not a thing.

Instead, they’ve ripped away health care, cut life-saving programs like SNAP, and attacked Social Security benefits — the things we’ve all paid into and earned.

I’ve spent my life as a firefighter and union member. I know what it means to work hard, day in and day out, and I know what it feels like when Washington forgets about people like us. That’s why I’m running for Congress — to fight for working families, to stand up to billionaires, pass universal healthcare, and to make sure every voice in PA-07 is heard.

My opponent, Ryan Mackenzie? He’s spent his time in office voting in lockstep with Trump and his Republican bosses, voting to slash health care for people right here in this district — all to benefit his billionaire backers.

If Ryan Mackenzie stays in office, the billionaires win and working people lose. That’s the truth.

But if we organize, pitch in, and show the power of grassroots support, we can flip this seat and send a message that we are not going to sit by while Washington ignores us.

Last year, this race came down to 4,000 votes — that’s how damn close it was. If we win here, Democrats are one step closer to taking back the House. And that starts with hitting every single fundraising deadline we lay out.
