Patriot,
Did you see Dr. Paul’s email earlier today?
With a pending congressional showdown just around the corner, you and I have our best chance in years to take a SLEDGEHAMMER to the growingsurveillance state in Washington, D.C.
The Deep State’s Section 702 is set to expire in just 32 days!
If you and I can stop its straight-up reauthorization, the NSAand its spy state pals will LOSE a massive, anti-Fourth Amendment surveillancepower the media describes as one of their most treasured “crown jewels!”
The problem is many U.S. Representatives and Senators whocalled for a warrant requirement before the Feds go snooping in your textmessages, emails, phone calls, and browsing history are starting to get coldfeet.
Just today, FBI Director KashPatel, once a hardliner against the 702 abuses, told Congress he’d like to seea straight-up “clean” renewal for 5 to 10 years!
CIA Director John Ratcliffe told the House IntelligenceCommittee the 18-month renewal proposal isn’t nearly long enough.
And perhaps most disappointing is Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH).Jordan chairs the House Judiciary Committee and opposed an extension of 702 in2024 without the warrant requirement.
Now Jordan’s take is that he’s done morefor Section 702 reform than anyone else and an 18-month renewal is just fine.
But at the same time, there are many representatives who are ahard “no” or are on the fence.
That’s why you and I need to keep the pressure on Congress.
“Warrants or bust!” ([link removed])
Please read Dr. Paul’s email below.
Then sign your online postcard to your U.S. Representative ([link removed]),telling them no renewal without including a warrant requirement, because that’swhat the Constitution guarantees you and me!
After you sign, please make your most generous donation soCampaign for Liberty can keep the pressure on and take a sledgehammer to theDeep State’s “crown jewel.”
For liberty,
John McCardell

Patriot,
The time is now!
Politico reported today that U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson is planning to ram through an 18-month extension of FISA Section 702 as early as next week.
Speaker Mike Johnson is staring down his right flank as he seeks to fulfill President Donald Trump’s demand to extend warrantless government surveillance powers long detested by the conservative hard-liners.
Johnson wants to put an 18-month extension of the spy law known as Section 702 on the House floor next week, seeking to advance it ahead of a two-week recess and its rapidly approaching April 20 expiration date.
The good news is there are several privacy “hard-liners” who are putting up a fight.
“Warrants or bust” was the response from Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO).
One Democrat who attended Wednesday’s briefing said the biggest problem is the “character” and “lack of trust” in the Trump officials pushing for the extension — including [FBI
Director Kash] Patel, who once complained about surveillance practices of Democratic administrations.
Patriot, the Spy State is scared right now.
They see the crown jewel of their spying efforts potentially going away.
They want to be able to watch you . . . read your emails, see your text messages, listen to your phone calls . . . even when you’ve done absolutely nothing wrong.
Right now, you and I have the opportunity to make sure our representatives do the right thing and say, “Warrants or bust!” ([link removed])

If the Spy State wants to look at our private communications, let them go to a judge and present evidence and reasonable cause.
It’s what the Fourth Amendment guarantees you and me.
But we need to make sure our representatives don’t cave now.
Sign your postcard to your U.S. Representative now, demanding they reject any “clean” reauthorization of Section 702.

Tell them, “Warrants or bust!” ([link removed])
There isn’t much time, but we have momentum.

If you have the means to give $1,000 or $500, we can do more in the next week to turn up the heat. If you can give $100, $50, or $25, it will all help. ([link removed])
Thank you for all you do.
In liberty,
Ron Paul
Chairman
P.S. Speaker Mike Johnson is trying to tee up a vote for an 18-month “clean” extension of Section 702.
There is enough dissent right now to prevent this extension.
“Warrants or bust!” is the rally cry.
