John, Trump-appointed National Economic Council head Kevin Hassett just said the quiet part out loud.

In an interview with CNBC, he said that as the war drags on, it hurting consumers is “the last of our concerns right now.”

Let that sink in, John. While the Trump administration spends billions on a reckless and deadly war in the Middle East that the American people didn’t even want, Americans here at home are paying the price for their failed leadership.
