Senate leaders have made it clear that the next 24 hours are critical to ensuring that the Senate passes a comprehensive COVID-19 relief package that adequately addresses our nation’s gravest pandemic and health-incited recession in generations.

In April, more than 400 national, state, and community organizations from our community signed a letter ([link removed]) outlining key priorities to address the COVID-19 crisis. Since then, millions of Americans have gotten sick, and thousands have died, from the virus. At the same time, millions more Americans have lost their jobs and their health insurance coverage ([link removed]) , with people of color, families with children, and low-wage working families disproportionately impacted ([link removed]) .

We urge you to contact your Senators within 24 hours to ensure that they take the action our current moment demands.
