Today, the American legal establishment holds these American principles of natural right and limited government in contempt. We find ourselves at a Constitutional crisis as progressives continue their transformation of the Constitution into a living, changing document and the campus left’s ideology of multiculturalism and identity politics seeks to colonize the public square and upend and transform our social and political way of life.
