John,
Last week, the GOP launched ugly attack ads against two promising Democratic Senate candidates, Jaime Harrison in South Carolina and Jon Ossoff in Georgia, based on racist and anti-semitic stereotypes.
Republican Senator Lindsey Graham’s campaign pushed an online ad that digitally darkened his Black opponent’s skin tone:
In a similarly disgusting fashion, Republican Senator David Perdue’s campaign ran a Facebook ad with a photo of his Jewish opponent in which his nose was digitally altered to look larger:
I’ve seen a lot of ugly attacks over the years, and this is low. But sadly, this is not new.
Control of the Senate is up for grabs this November, and both Jaime and Jon are giving their opponents a run for their money in the polls. That’s why Trump Republicans are resorting to tactics meant to rouse their extreme base: divisive, hateful attacks like Trump used throughout his 2016 campaign.
This is only going to get worse the closer we get to Election Day. Will you split a contribution between Jaime, Jon, and me to help us fight off the GOP’s extreme attacks and go on to flip the Senate and hold the House this November?

Together, let’s show we reject this ugly attempt to divide and discriminate based on our differences.
