Want safe and sustainable products? You’re in the vast majority of American shoppers.

Nearly 2 out of every 3 of us expect companies to explain the environmental impact of their products — and nearly 4 out of 5 believe companies should be doing more to help us make decisions that support sustainable shopping.

But even for those of us in-the-know, it’s extremely difficult to get access to the information we need to make the best decisions for ourselves and our families.

Will you join us in calling on companies to give American consumers the transparency we are owed?

Finding legitimate environmental and ingredient safety data — or any data, for that matter — online is a monumental challenge. Retailers aren’t verifying the safety of products from third-party sellers, avoiding both responsibility and accountability. And often, the information that is provided is complicated and hard to verify.

We deserve — and demand — transparency about the products we’re bringing in to our homes.

And all companies have to do is take advantage of already-existing resources. We’ll give them access to a roadmap that gives e-commerce retailers a step-by-step guide to benefiting both the environment and their bottom line — as well as a prototype that shows how easily they could integrate sustainability data into the online shopping experience.

Our experts will soon be setting up meetings with top e-commerce executives. They’ll be giving them a list of American shoppers — and EDF supporters — who are demanding a change.

Will your name be on that list? Add it today!

Thank you for standing with us,
