In fact, it offers:

- $0 for state and local governments 🏛️

- $0 for nutrition assistance 🍎

- $0 for the uninsured/underinsured 🏥

We have a plan that we can be proud of. It’s called the HEROES Act, and it has been on Mitch McConnell’s desk for 80 days. It passed the House 80 days ago and is ready for passage.

We are at a critical point in the Congressional negotiations over the next COVID-19 relief package. The HEROES Act includes an effective, comprehensive solution to the multiemployer pension funding crisis.

Workers' voices are needed now more than ever to back up the Democrats who are fighting hard to get the pension proposal in the next legislation. We are the troops supporting the House and Senate Democratic leadership.
