March is here, and this month matters more than most.
My FEC End-of-Quarter deadline isn’t just a date on a calendar. It’s one
of the few opportunities we have to empower Democrats to flip the Senate
majority in 2026.
A Democratic majority means passing smart legislation, blocking extremist
policies, and delivering real results for communities across Maryland and
the country.

Even in the Senate minority, I’m working every day to push progress
forward.
Just in the past few weeks, I’ve introduced legislation restoring federal
loan access for graduate students, pushed for stronger protections for
public health, and helped secure nearly $30 million in federal funding for
clean water and infrastructure projects across Maryland communities.
I have also been out in the community and standing up for our values:
* I met with Lupita Nyong’o and advocates, researchers, and doctors
focused on uterine fibroids to discuss expanding screening, detection,
and intervention.
* I spoke at the National Network for Youth Congressional Briefing about
my Bipartisan Homeless Children and Youth Act, pushing for every young
person to have a safe place to sleep at night.
* I visited the ICE facility in Baltimore for the second time to call
out inhumane treatment.
These are real steps forward.
But imagine how much further we could go with a Democratic Senate
majority.
Taking back the Senate majority will allow us to protect the progress
we’ve made and deliver real results for families like yours.
I know you care about our communities as much as I do.
That’s why I’m asking: [ [link removed] ]Will you chip in $25 today to make sure we meet
this critical March milestone before the end of the month? Your support
ensures we can keep building momentum and showing up for the people who
need us most.

Together, we can meet this deadline and keep our movement strong for every
fight ahead. Thank you for standing with me and Maryland families.
With gratitude,
