We’re less than 3 months from the November general election.

Conducting a nationwide vote during a pandemic is going to be challenging, but it can be done. In addition to my work at Campaign Legal Center, I’ve been a poll worker in my community for 10 elections, including for this year's presidential primary. I’ve seen the problems that can happen first-hand, and I know the solutions that will solve them.

This summer, we’ve seen the ups and downs of voting during the primaries. Some went smoothly, while others, like Georgia’s primary ([link removed]) , were plagued with problems and highlighted the urgent need to ensure election preparedness.

In the video linked to below, I share reflections from the primaries and recommendations for how states must prepare for the general election in November.
