The Coronavirus pandemic is wrecking our education system, and all of our children’s futures are at risk.

Children are being abandoned during this health crisis by the schools our taxes pay to prepare them for their futures. The radical Left and teachers unions are refusing to find creative solutions to actually help kids.

Even worse, they’re threatening to strike and refusing to provide distance learning options, forcing children to fall further and further behind.

Students have been out of the classroom for five months. Working parents are struggling. And now school districts in one state are even forcing families to pay EXTRA (on top of our tax dollars) for classroom access during school hours.

This is out of hand. The future of our nation’s kids, and our grandkids, is in jeopardy.

We’ve heard from nearly 1,500 families asking the ACLJ for legal help for their kids.

We’ve already sent 3 legal letters representing families. We’ve heard back from one school district, and now we’re sending our response.

We MUST defend our kids’ right to an education and school choice. This is a MAJOR project, and we need YOU.
