Friend,

In the space of a few short weeks, Postmaster General DeJoy has introduced a troubling mail slowdown and President Trump has attacked postal workers with unfounded attempts to discredit vote-by-mail.

Meanwhile, the Senate has still not taken action to provide the $25 billion that the USPS needs during this extraordinary national crisis.

President Dimondstein appeared on Meet the Press Daily to warn members of the public and build support for our cause. Watch the interview here.

Meanwhile, as our National Executive Board said in its recent statement, “…this this cannot be just a union leadership fight. The union is each and every one of us and therein lies our strength. We all have a role to play reaching out to our families, neighbors, labor and community organizations, and local political representatives to fight for our jobs and our service.”

Let us organize together to save the public Postal Service, to protect our jobs and to continue to carry out the essential the mission “to bind the Nation together” through the “prompt, reliable and efficient” service the people deserve.

If you haven’t already, text CALL to 91990 to speak with your senators.

In Solidarity,

American Postal Workers Union
