Hi John,

“The death rate from the coronavirus in New Jersey nursing homes is the country’s highest.” But instead of taking action, New Jersey’s liberal legislators are sitting on their hands, allowing more people to unnecessarily die.

In May, the state Senate announced a bipartisan committee to tackle the pandemic’s effects in New Jersey. However, the well-intentioned panel has yet to hold a single hearing, and four members of the liberal caucus have refused to sit on the committee.

Conservative state Senator Joseph Pennacchio is frustrated with his liberal colleagues, and has accused them of failing to take any kind of meaningful action.

“I hope it’s not politics. This is screaming for oversight right now. How do we allow 7,000 lost souls to die without answering why, why did this happen? Now, this shocking nightmare is being compounded by apathy.” – NJ state Sen. Joseph Pennacchio

This is not the time to stand idly by as more New Jersey residents die, but apparently liberals don’t care. Their “all or nothing” mentality is only hurting our vulnerable senior citizens.

Sincerely,

Casey Dietrich
