Our victory this summer at the U.S. Supreme Court in our case, June Medical Services v. Russo, was a win for the people of Louisiana and the rule of law, but the fight to protect abortion access isn't over. Anti-abortion politicians in states across the country continue to execute an all-out assault on reproductive rights, and they aren't slowing down.
That's why we need a federal law like the Women's Health Protection Act to protect abortion access, no matter where you live.
