Last week, AG Josh Stein sued the EPA.  Twice.
 
Josh didn’t run for office to sue the federal government -- but when the administration refuses to do right by the people of North Carolina, he never hesitates to stand up and fight for us.

First the EPA revoked regulations limiting mercury and other toxic air pollution. These pollutants can harm people, wildlife, and the environment.
 
Then it limited states’ power to protect our clean water from new development and construction, endangering our wetlands and drinking water supply.
 
There is no reason to put the health of our people at risk. Josh knows how important it is that North Carolina maintain strong environmental protections.
