One of the first steps many communities took to fight the spread of COVID-19 was to close schools. With fall approaching, the question -- for teachers and staff, parents and kids, local leaders, retailers counting on back-to-school shoppers, and many others -- is whether schools can reopen.
In our newest Road to Recovery video, Dr. Jennifer Nuzzo, associate professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, says that reopening is possible -- if it's done right:
