Hello, my name is Anastasia Arnestad, and I am the founder of VegShe Health and Wellness. I am a NASM-certified personal trainer, an AFAA group exercise instructor, and a DotFit practitioner. Since going vegan, I can honestly say I've never felt better. My beliefs and passion are in line with what I eat and how I exercise.
For my 20/20 Challenge, I will email anyone who donates, in any amount, a link to a pre-recorded workout they can do at their leisure. The workout videos will be sent out on the 20th of every month through December 2020.
