We’re proud to be hosting a screening of The Fight, a new film highlighting ACLU attorneys’ fight for justice at the Supreme Court, and a talk back conversation with two of the nation’s leading civil rights advocates: the ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project’s Brigitte Amiri and the ACLU Voting Rights Project’s Dale Ho. Ruth Bader Ginsburg founded the ACLU Women’s Rights Project decades ago and went on to become a progressive champion on the Supreme Court. We need more justices coming from the public interest world. That’s why we’ve put together a Supreme Court shortlist full of lawyers who have dedicated their lives to fighting for civil rights and championing progressive values.
We’re honored to have Dale and Brigitte on our shortlist, and so excited that they’ll be joining us for a private gathering to discuss their important, impactful work.
