VFW Service Officer Ralph Alvarado knows first-hand how complex it can be
navigating the VA system. Once Alvarado received assistance, he began helping
friends do the same and eventually became a Service Officer himself. “It’s hard
to believe the number of these brave veterans who have never been through the VA
claims process,” he says.
