FPC took major action <[link removed]> against public transportation carry bans this last week with the filing of our reply brief at the Supreme Court in Schoenthal v. Raoul - an FPC-backed case.

FPC’s brief was in support of a cert petition filed in the case, which is asking SCOTUS to overturn the Seventh Circuit’s dangerous decision upholding Illinois’ ban.

As we’ve said before, your right to carry a firearm in public does not end in the subway, or anywhere else. And any ban that infringes on this right is blatantly unconstitutional!

This action taken by FPC, however, is just one of many such actions as part of our nationwide strategy to eliminate bans on your right to carry.

- FPC v. Platkin: Scheduling order issued by District Court
