The NAACP is suing to protect public schools from Besty DeVos.

DeVos wants to make public schools, which teach predominantly students of color, hand their federal relief funding over to wealthy, white private schools that don’t even need it.

At the same time, Attorneys General of 22 states have launched their own court battle against DeVos’s attempt to block loan forgiveness for students who were the victims of predatory for-profit colleges and institutions -- scams that disproportionately target low income, Black, and brown students.

Betsy DeVos has no business making decisions that affect America’s students. We support a student’s right to not be scammed, buried in student debt, or forced to return to an underfunded and unsafe classroom -- will you stand with us and against DeVos? Tell us now:
