Dear John,

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow for the first day of our Meditation Challenge! It's going to be another great week of connection, grounding, and stress reduction. And a big thank you to our meditation teachers who make this event possible.

Meditate for Your Memory Challenge
Monday, March 9 to Friday, March 13, 2026

12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET

We will teach you how to meditate, practice together, and then hold a Q&A for a total of 30 minutes.

If you receive the message "you are ineligible to take this form" when registering, it's because you're already registered. You'll receive a link to the session in the morning. We always use the same link for each day of the meditation.

Recording will be available. We can't wait to see you!

Yours in Brain Health,
