Small-business owners in Madison tell their stories

Small businesses contribute to the local economy and culture in myriad ways. But government-mandated shutdowns and violent protests have pushed many small businesses to the brink. Downtown Madison, WI, has been particularly hard hit. In this Badger Institute video ([link removed]) , the owners of a tea shop, confectionery and renowned tavern share their stories.
