Municipal Campus Project

Mendota Heights is planning for a new City Hall and Police Station building. Project details and design will be developed throughout 2026 with anticipated construction beginning in 2027. The new facility is scheduled to open Fall 2028.

This week the City hosted a community kickoff with residents sharing insights to help frame the future of the Municipal Campus Project. Attendees participated in a facilitated exercise to provide feedback that will help the project reflect what residents want from the facility. A digital version of the exercise will be available next week for people to participate and contribute their ideas virtually.
