There are many firsts in life, and at Brand New Congress, we never forget our firsts. That’s why we are proud to champion our first endorsed candidate of both 2018, and 2020 - Cori Bush!
And she is fighting to make some firsts of her own. Tomorrow, Cori could be one step closer to becoming the FIRST female candidate to ever represent Missouri’s 1st district!

Cori Bush is exactly who we need in Congress. As a nurse, single mother, minister, and activist, Cori has continued to show up!
Unlike incumbent Lacy Clay, Cori has been doing the hard work on the ground in St. Louis for years. Cori was the one on the street demanding justice for Michael Brown as a Ferguson activist. Cori is the one calling to demilitarize the police and end police violence when Clay has a history of helping to arm the St. Louis PD. She’s stood with migrants, women, and other community activists to demand humane policies. Where has Lacy Clay been? Not there.
Congress is out of touch. We deserve representatives who have walked in our shoes. Representatives who have lived through our struggles. Representatives who put the people above profits and party.
Tomorrow is the big day, so let’s make it one for the history books by electing Cori Bush.
