The Durham County Women’s Commission, Sister Cities of Durham, Early Years NC, and Durham County Library invite you to join us for an afternoon of global insight and local community connection!

Inspired by her book Four Mothers, author and reporter Abigail Leonard will sit in conversation with County Commissioner Michelle Burton, a veteran educator and child protection advocate.

We are excited by the number of folks who want to volunteer! Come out to connect with PA staff at the March volunteer information session <[link removed]>. See you inside the Durham Food Coop anytime between 5:00 and 7:00 on March 19th.

The PA Housing Team and the 505 Coalition have been fighting for a unified and inclusive approach to affordable housing in Durham. 

Save the date for March 19th City Council Work Session (1:00-4:00) to hear about the plan to move forward with Affordable Housing at this central location.
