Cori Bush is up against a 10-term incumbent who’s accused by his own community of being absent. Meanwhile, Cori is a lifelong St. Louisan who understands the struggles of the community—because she’s lived them. She is a nurse, pastor, single mom, and Ferguson-made activist who believes in police accountability, prison reform, healthcare and education for all, and—of course—a Green New Deal.

Since being elected in 2018, Rashida Tlaib’s been a leading voice for progressive legislation such as the Green New Deal and Medicare For All. She has fought for economic and housing justice, for the right to clean air and water, and civil rights. Electing Rashida tomorrow would allow her to keep up the fight for working people in Michigan's 13th against corporate interests.

Our phone banks really do make a difference. For so many candidates this summer, we’ve played a part in boosting the number of voters who make their voices heard. We’ve kept these races close the whole way through, and for candidates like Jamaal Bowman and Mike Siegel, we’ve helped lock in the margin of victory.

Phone banks are for newcomers and experienced callers alike. You’ll have the support of other Sunrisers to guide you and keep you company—plenty of people end up coming back for multiple shifts because of what a simple and impactful effort it is.
