In 2018, we worked extremely hard to flip congressional districts across the country and take back the House. Because of that hard work the House passed background checks on February 27th, 2019.
However, since that day, the bill has sat on Mitch McConnell’s desk untouched.
So it’s our job to replicate our success in 2018 to 2020 and put in that same hard work to flip the Senate and remove Mitch McConnell. If we can do that, we can pass universal background checks and save lives.
It’s long past time that the Senate holds a debate and vote on this vital piece of legislation and it’s important that we keep making our voices heard, which is why we have to ask:
