My plan for Wisconsin families is this: ban addictive design features for users under 18 (no infinite scroll, no autoplay, no manipulative notifications), stop surveillance advertising that profiles children, strengthen penalties for predators, require independent audits of algorithms, and create a state Office of Digital Safety.

These are concrete steps that will reduce harm and make real changes in our kids’ lives.
