We just won a significant victory against the Deep State in federal court over the unmasking of Lt. Gen. Flynn. Not only did the court rule that the Deep State can no longer refuse to even admit the existence of unmasking documents, it went a BIG step further.
The court held that unmasking requests by senior Obama Administration officials can’t be blamed on their staff. The principals are accountable for the unmasking.
And AG Barr has appointed a U.S. Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation of the expansive unmasking requests under the Obama Administration.
But our work DOES NOT STOP. Now Lt. Gen. Flynn’s case is going before the full D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. We will continue to fight the Deep State in court. Take action with us.
