Here’s an update from our campaign:


** VP Vance in Wisconsin

On Thursday, I joined Vice President Vance for his visit to Wisconsin.

We met with workers, families, and seniors to discuss how Republican policies are slowing inflation, protecting our communities, and making life more affordable.

These include:
* Eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse in government programs ([link removed])
* Securing our border ([link removed])
* Reduced tax on tips ([link removed])
* Reduced tax on overtime ([link removed])
* New, $6,000 senior deduction ([link removed])
* $2,200 enhanced child tax credit ([link removed])
* Increased standard deduction to $15,750 ([link removed])

These changes are part of the reason average tax refunds have increased by more than 10% ([link removed]) compared to last year.

Strikes in Iran

Over the weekend, President Trump authorized Operation Epic Fury - striking against Iranian leadership and military targets.

For more than four decades ([link removed]) , the U.S. has recognized Iran as one of the world’s leading sponsors of terrorism. Iran is responsible for the deaths of numerous American citizens.

Please join me in praying for our troops involved in these strikes and for those stationed around the world.

State of the Union Address

Last week, President Trump delivered the State of the Union address.

The President highlighted recent wins like securing our border, the Working Family Tax Cuts ([link removed]) , our work reinstituting Election Integrity ([link removed]) . He also called on Congress to pass my bill to ban members of Congress from purchasing stocks, the Stop Insider Trading Act. ([link removed])
