Friend,
FPC helped take another major swing at the National Firearms Act last week when we announced the filing of a new FPC-backed case: Roberts v. ATF <[link removed]>!
As you know, the NFA imposes felony prosecutions of its regulatory scheme over now-untaxed firearms, which Roberts takes direct aim at.
The plaintiffs in Roberts are seeking a judicial declaration that these regulations are unconstitutional as they exceed Congress’ enumerated powers AND violate the Second Amendment.

FPC’s President Brandon Combs explains why Roberts is such an important case:
“This new case is another critical shot at taking down the National Firearms Act-an immoral, unconstitutional ban scheme that has no place in a free country. FPC is proud to stand with our allies as we drive a nationwide strategy to dismantle this federal regime, and we'll keep fighting until all peaceable people can exercise their rights when, where, and how they choose.”
We’re proud of the work we’re doing in attempting to terminate the NFA. We’ve already sued in NFA cases like Brown v. ATF and Jensen v. ATF.
When you add it all up, you have a potent NFA Lawsuit BLITZ. And YOU can help tear down this oppressive, unconstitutional scheme today!
