Last month, the Trump administration rolled back an Obama-era rule -- Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing -- that maintained local governments had to provide fair housing in order to receive federal housing funds.

Last week, Trump gloated about rescinding the rule -- and hinted in racist coded words who would be helped and hurt by the move. >> [link removed]

Restrictive housing policies have historically prevented Blacks and other minorities from living in many suburban communities -- and Trump's rescinding of this Obama era policy will further restrict where people with low incomes can live -- disproportionately impacting people of color.And Trump is using old racist ideas to divide Americans and drum up re-election support.

It's a shame President Trump is using racism to appeal to voters. But with his frequent attacks on immigrants and people of color, Trump has made it clear that he has a white nationalist agenda.
