Hi John,

The Seattle Times just published a piece on our race, and we just hit over 800,000 calls made to voters. We have incredible momentum; can you help us keep it up with a quick donation now?

While Washington’s 6th District has been Democratic for over half a century and we have a rich progressive history going back 100 years, we are currently represented by the 11th most conservative Democrat in the House.

Meanwhile, people across the district — from Sequim to Aberdeen and everywhere between — are suffering due to lack of health care, affordable housing, racial justice, and jobs.

I’m proud to be the only Democrat in this race who’s fighting for:

  • Medicare for All, so you can see a doctor without copays, deductibles, or premiums.

  • A housing guarantee, so we can end homelessness and fight the rising tide of gentrification in this district.

  • Abolishing private prisons and ending cash bail, which disproportionately impact people of color.

  • A jobs guarantee with federal jobs programs like we had during the Great Depression under FDR.

Can you chip in $3 now to help me fight for this platform in Congress? Give now to help us flip WA-06 from corporate to progressive!

How will we pay for it? By taxing corporations, ending corporate tax loopholes, enacting a tax on Wall Street speculation, and enacting a tax on vacant homes.

If we can afford to bail out corporations to the tune of trillions of dollars during this coronavirus pandemic, we can afford to help regular people like you and me.

I am fed up with the austerity politics of corporate Democrats like my opponent Derek Kilmer, who fear mongers over Social Security.

I am fed up with milquetoast Democrats like Kilmer, who claims he fights Trump but is one of his biggest Democratic enablers in Congress — even voting on July 15 to give Trump’s secret police $50 billion.

I’ve served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for kids in foster care in Pierce County, an anti-LNG (fracked gas) activist, a tenants’ rights organizer, and a co-leader of Indivisible Tacoma.

Now I want to fight for our progressive values in Congress. I only have 77 hours left until voting ends, and my team is phone banking from 9am-9pm every day. If you can, please give now to help us close strong:
