The plaintiffs in this latest FPC-backed NFA case <[link removed]> are seeking a judicial declaration that these regulations are unconstitutional as they exceed Congress’ enumerated powers AND violate the Second Amendment.  

FPC’s President Brandon Combs explains why Roberts is such an important case:
