I wanted to reach out and personally thank you.
Because of your continued support, we were able to meet our end-of-month fundraising goal. At this stage in the campaign, meeting our goal isn't just about the amount of money we raise. It means more ads, more field organizers, and more opportunities to talk directly to voters.
A couple days ago, I had the chance to speak with Rep. Raul Ruiz (an ER doctor from Coachella Valley) about the ongoing pandemic and what we can do to come out of it safely. Something I took away from that conversation is that listening to health experts like Rep. Ruiz, and electing common sense political leaders who will follow the guidance that can enable our businesses and schools to safely re-open has never mattered more than at this very moment.
That’s why I’m running for Congress. We need someone who will prioritize the health and safety of our constituents. Tom McClintock’s fringe approach to this moment in our history is not only beneath the dignity of the district -- and our country but it’s actively harming our families and our economy.
I promise you, that will change when I’m in Congress.
