On the eve of the first anniversary of the El Paso Shooting, LULAC will be honoring the victims and survivors and acknowledging the work left to do to combat hate and gun violence. Rep. Veronica Escobar will discuss new legislation she introduced to Congress, including designating the El Paso Community Healing Garden as a National Memorial.
