This is it! We’re just days away from Michigan’s August 4th primary.

As Rashida says, it’s not just her name on the ballot. It’s about Medicare for All, the Green New Deal, combating poverty through direct cash payments to people and families, fighting back against the billionaire bullies and the unjust status quo, and demanding justice for everyone.

This year’s election is different, not just because of COVID-19. This is the first election where any Michigander can cast an absentee ballot, after passing a law in 2018 for more accessible elections. That’s resulted in a 325% increase in absentee ballot requests.

But right now, only half of all voters who requested an absentee ballot have returned it. That’s a ton of voters we need to reach!

We need all-hands-on-deck over the next few days to re-elect Rashida and send her back to Congress to keep fighting for us.
