Each town hall will follow recommendations on social distancing and sanitizing provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as Wisconsin’s face covering guidelines.
If you are interested in attending, I recommend following these guidelines:
- Bring and wear a facemask that adequately covers the mouth and nose
- Carry extra hand sanitizer
- Bring a pen to sign in if you do not wish to use the pens provided
- Pens provided will be sanitized after use
- Be mindful of other attendees and stay at least six feet apart
- Bring gloves if you plan to touch surfaces in or around the venue
- Check your temperature before deciding to attend
Attendees are not limited to these guidelines and should take all other necessary precautions in order to safely attend the meeting.
My office will also be providing the following at each venue:
- Hand sanitizer
- Face masks
- Disinfectant wipes
- Gloves
I hope to see you on Monday!
